-Any changes to the booking made less than 24 hours before the experience's start time will not be accepted.

-Please note, all cut-off times are based on the experience's local time in Cozumel, Mexico.

-Our excursions require good weather. If an excursion is canceled due to poor weather conditions, you will have the choice of a different date or a full refund.
